For all Stencil Shop UK customers STANDARD UK MAINLAND DELIVERY IS FREE OF CHARGE. This does NOT include ART SUPPLIES, shipping charges for ART SUPPLIES will depend on weight & size or per item and start from just £1.00. We will use ROYAL MAIL wherever possible, some larger items may be sent by carrier, we would advise you if a carrier is used to dispatch goods. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (EU and REST OF THE WORLD)
Stencils Shop offers the following international delivery options. All international orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). At present our international delivery charges are determined on the weight & size of the entire parcel or per item and start from just £6.45.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED
We are sorry but you must allow 7 working days for the delivery of your item before contacting us. Due to Royal Mail policy we are unable to take any action on lost mail until at least 15 days (UK orders), 25 days (EU orders) and 33 days (Rest of the World) have passed of the dispatch date. If you have provided an incorrect address or are aware of something that may hinder the delivery of your parcel please contact us immediately. Please read the following checklist and helpful information.
Checklist for undelivered mail:
* Has the post person in your area attempted to deliver and left you a card?
* Has the parcel been left in a secure location such as a garage, greenhouse or with a neighbor?
* Have you telephoned your Local Sorting Office to check if any mail is awaiting collection?
* Has anyone else at your residence/premises taken delivery without informing you?
We are unable to refund or exchange items before these time scales have elapsed.
For UK and International customers is advisable to check your local mail sorting office to see if they are holding the item for you. If your item is returned to us due to non receipt then we will charge an additional postage fee to resend it.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
To return items, please contact us first by email to let us know. If any item ordered from us is faulty or damaged when it arrives to you, return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Please contact us for further information and instructions should this happen (includes overseas orders) .
Contact us as soon as possible to register the problem and we will advise you how to proceed. We will cover the cost of any items that need to be returned to us. (We may request photographic evidence of goods damaged in postal services to assist us to claim compensation from Royal Mail or carriers).
If, for any reason you would like to cancel your order, simply return goods to us within 14 working days from receipt for a full refund including P&P (up to the value of our standard P&P charge). We will accept returns as long as goods are sent back to us in perfect saleable condition. Please let us know via email if you are returning goods to us so that we can process your refund efficiently. Note: Custom made stencils are non-refundable unless faulty.
If postal/courier service returns your order to us due to non receipt we will charge you additional P&P to resend it, please ensure your delivery details are correct at time of ordering and if possible provide a contact telephone number and additional details (If for instance you live in a rural area).
